Fitness on the Rocks

It's been a hot minute since my last Red Rocks workout with HotMamas Exercise (read about that here!) so I am super excited for Fitness on the Rocks on Saturday July 9! I'll be there with my FitLo crew and enjoying the awesome fitness-filled day.

What is Fitness on the Rocks?

Fitness on the Rocks is one of Colorado's most looked-forward to events. It is exactly what it sounds like: a bunch of fitness enthusiasts gathering at one of the most beautiful outdoor venues to workout!

There will be obstacle courses, tug of war, Zumba classes, Crossfit WODs, pilates, cycling, you name it!! I'll post the schedule here but head on over to the Fitness on the Rocks website for more details.
