Make Meal Prep Easier with Gatheredtable Meal Plans

Hey there!! I'm excited to announce that I am partnering with Gatheredtable to make meal prep easier than ever. There is lots of info on my brand new page called Meal Plans. You can go directly to the page if you want or you can read on to get quick bites about what these meal plans are all about!

Gatheredtable-What is it?

Gatheredtable is a meal planning website that lets you get a complete meal plan with lots of delicious recipes. You get a weekly meal plan sent to you and every plan has a breakfast, lunch, dinner, and a snack.

These meal plans are not like any other meal plan. They are developed by Registered Dietitians for Registered Dietitians to provide to their clients. I chose to provide the anti-inflammatory meal plan which focuses on balanced meals to help stabilize blood sugar levels, decrease inflammation and are nutrient rich so you feel satisfied which helps you maintain your weight/ reach your weight goals.

The Whole Family Benefits

The recipes provided have the family in mind with easily adjustable serving sizes so that way if you are feeding a family of 6 (like what I grew up with!) you can do so easily. Or on the other hand, if a recipe for Black Bean Brownies makes 12 but you only want to make 6 for a girls night with a few of your besties, totally doable!

  • Automatic grocery list that makes a comprehensive list of what you need to buy to make the recipes, but again you can customize the plan to change the grocery list.

My Favorite Recipes So Far (Seen on Instagram!)

I’ve been testing this program out to make sure it’s something I feel comfortable sharing. So far I have tried these recipes and all of them have turned out AMAZING! The recipes really help me keep my A -game with Meal prep. Here they are!
